The apple pie. Strictly without butter. I’ts one of my favourite sweets, in the morning for breakfast or in the afternoons for snack. I always have fun while I’m cooking it, and even more now that I got a little personal assistant helping me. My sweety kitten Kiki.
This week a lot of you asked me to publish the recipe, so I have thought to realize a tutorial post showing you the realization step by step. Hope you like it ;)
- Take 3 apples
- Cut them into little pieces
- Take 3 eggs
- Add 1 hg and half of sugar
- Shake strongly till you get a light composite
- Grate a not-treat lemon’s peel
- Weight 50 gr of potato starch
- Weight 200 gr of white flour “00”
- Take a sachet of Bartolini’s pastry yeast
- Join together the potato strarch, the white flour and the pastry yeast
- And sift into the light composite
- Add 115 gr of white yogurt
- Merge all together
- Link to the mixture the half part of the apples peaces you have cut before
- Add 50 gr of pine nuts
- Put the mixture in a silicon cake tin and put above it the rest of the apples pieces
- Blake at 150°/180° for 50/60 minutes more or less. When the apples pieces above will be gilded and the scent of cake will be in the air, you have to take off!
