This Saturday I have a new recipe for you. Dealing together with my sweet Kiki: she’s very helpful (ihihihih;) Today we talk about green (with spinaches) and potato dumplings. I’m crazyy about them, I would eat them every day! Also because they are very simple and amusing to cook.
- Take 1 kg of potatoes and make them cooking with their peel (check the point of cooking with a fork). Then shave and reduce to purea with the crush-potatoes.
- Slice thinly 2 hgs of cooked and squeezed well spinaches
- Divide in two parts the potatoes: at the first one add flour nutmeg and salt, at the the second one add flour nutmeg salt and spinaches
- Merge softly and quickly with your hands to get two homogeneous knead
- Sprinkle a chopping block of rice flour, form with your hands some rolls of knead and cut them into pieces of around 10 cm of length
- Sieve every little piece on a fork to get the typical form of the potato dumpling
- Cook in two separate pots. Drain when they resurface from water and toss as you like.
