The jewelry pieces I’m wearing this summer. Summer is my absolute favorite season. The one in which I do not leave the house without my necklaces and my favorite jewels. I like wearing multiple necklaces all together, being careful to add at least one pair of earrings, bracelets and rings. Why not?! Here are my favorite jewels for summer 2018 and how I wear them!
The jewelry pieces I’m wearing this summer with Pandora
Wearing multiple necklaces all together is definitely a must of this summer, or at least of my summer! Layering is the key: you have to start from the shorter necklace, perhaps choosing a choker or a tight chain, and gradually adjusting the others until the longer one, which can reach the décolleté or the neckline of the top or of the dress you wear. In this way all the details will be clearly visible and no pendant of your necklaces will remain hidden. As for me: first I wear my favorite choker with a feather charm (I have one black and one honey-colored, which I like to wear depending on the outfit colors), then I continue with a thin chain with some pendants (the palms are the ones I prefer) and I layer it so that it fits right in the middle, finally I add the longest chain I have, with other pendants like colored tassel, dream-catcher, feather, star or heart, being careful not to tangle them! Even the choice of a charm rather than another is important: I love that my jewelry pieces are hyper customizable and I think that having the possibility to compose your necklace or your bracelet with your favorite symbols is a wonderful opportunity to have always a unique look! Precisely for this I like Pandora jewelry, because they represent me so well: the choice of charm is huge and time after time you can change them to suit your mood of the moment. All you need to do is add or replace a charm!
In the summer I like wearing not only multiple necklaces, but also multiple earrings all together. I often wear my hair up in a ponytail because of the heat, and I like to add something to the lobes too. But not only. The trend of the moment is wearing ear cuffs, earrings in the upper part of the ears, but it is not necessary to have them pierced. Pandora has in its range some ear cuffs that hook into the narrowest and highest part and then slide towards the outside: they adhere perfectly to the ear, so much that I think it’s almost impossible to lose them! My new favorite combination consists of wearing three heart-shaped ear cuffs, in three different shades of gold: white, yellow and pink (which I choose to always place in the middle). On the lobes I often opt for hoop earrings, another strong trend of summer 2018, and in particular in the photos below you can see me wearing a pair with a silver feather as a pendant (whose name is beautiful: they are called Majestic Feathers earrings)!
I always complete my look with matching bracelets and rings. I wear the rings only on the index, middle and ring fingers because I do not find elegant to wear them on the other fingers of my hand!
I love choosing my jewelry pieces paying attention to be matchy matchy with my outfit …
… Or to add that special touch to my favorite white summer dress!
