On holidays with Nivea Body Lotion. Those who have always followed me here on the blog already know that, over time, I have spoken several times about NIVEA world because they have written their products for several years! This summer they are very curious to try their latest new in: their flagship product, the body lotion contained in the iconic blue package, in its new formulation without parabens that guarantees prolonged hydration for up to 48 hours!
On holidays with NIVEA Body Lotion Essentially Enriched
I decided to test it to see if it can help me keep my skin always soft and hydrated. My needs are the same as many girls and women who work, but with some extra caution to counteract the dryness caused by frequent trips (especially by airplane), the sun and the sudden changes in temperature caused by places with a lot of air conditioning. For this I could not be more than happy when I discovered the new NIVEA Essentially Enriched Body Lotion enriched with almond oil, but still fresh and light, and at the same time and easy to apply (you do not always have the time to massage it on your body, unfortunately)!
How and when do I apply it? These days in Forte dei Marmi in the afternoon, after a shower. I try to take a moment for myself: I select the playlist “Summer 2018” and put my favorite song, right now “Girls like you” by Maroon 5. I try to keep my thoughts and work away for even a few minutes. Applying the cream, feeling the scent and at the same time feeling a soothing sensation on the skin, while listening to my favorite music is the perfect combination… For me it works: it really helps me to relax!
Speaking of the beneficial power of music, NIVEA Italy has realized a very beautiful project. Together with the sound designer Chiara Luzzana, they recorded the sound of our skin when it is subjected to five different stimuli: Cold, Water, Warm, Emotion and Hydration. All to make us understand when this wonderful organ is precious to us and how we should always take care of it!
Soon I will also test two other body creams of the NIVEA body care: there are many, each one for a different skin type!
