Look minimal chic, in Gucci

In effetti avevano ragione.

I arrived in Naples on a Thursday evening of mid-July that looks like November. A strong storm, a tornado and a fire on China Town gave me their welcome. Our pilot had to make two attempts of land before achieving it successfully. When we had to leave the plane the hotess recommended us to pay close attention to the wind and the slippery ladder. Indeed they were right. Me and my dress down to the feet were literally soaked to reach the bus that would have took us inside the airport to pick up the luggage. That arrived after more than an hour and a half. And mine also seemed to have been lost.
Definitely a not so happy arrive in the city, that seemed to have been overwhelmed by a real natural disaster.
But despite of this my stay in Naples was absolutely amazing. My hotel, the Partenope Ralais, is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever been to. Located in the center of the city, on the waterfront, with a retro mood able to enchant all its guests. Every room is dedicated to an actor or actress of Hollywood who made the history of cinema. Mine has name of the wonderful Audrey Hepburn, one of my favorite style icons, with a giant poster, placed over the bed, of her darting a Vespa white, in the Vacanze Romane movie.
The evening flew away quickly, with my friend Roberto, who took me to one of his favorite restaurant in Portici to celebrate my arrival in town. We did not eat pizza, like many of you may think, but sushi, a very special one made by Neapolitan guys using local fish. The J Japanese Restaurant left me speechless: I had never tasted anything like it.
Then, the day after we headed in Caserta with and our friend Elisa, to join together the opening of the new Gucci store at La Reggia Outlet. A unique shop where I felt in love with so many clothes, bags and shoes. For the day I chose to wear a minimal chic look, all by Gucci. Matchy matchy with the outfit of my two partner in crime. For a day of pure fun together.
