In Barcelona for the worldwide Martini campaign #PlayWithTime
While I was in Budapest (you can read my entire travelogue HERE, if you want), I got a phone call: “Do you want to be the face of the new Martini campaign and come this weekend in Barcelona to record it?” Imagine my surprise and my joy, for this truly unique opportunity! Of course I said yes and the video that you see is the result of our work!
So I left for for three intense and super funny days in Barcelona, spent in the company of a really fantastic team I had an amazing time with. All to record the new Martini world digital campaign called #PlayWithTime.
A campaign that is based on a simple concept but, in my opinion, fundamental. A concept that is sometimes taken for granted, in this fast-paced life that we live, in which every minute not spent at work seems useless. #PlayWithTime campaign is based on the concept that we should learn to spend our time in a better way. Above all, to spend it in the company of our friends, those who support us, advise and make us live a rare carefree moment. What better time to spend time with friends that the cocktail hour? Consolidated ritual here in Italy and become a global social phenomenon in all respects, the happy hour is a really indispensable moment.
How do I chose to spend my 72 hours in Barcelona? I’ll tell you everything in the video here below! Starting the day with a barefoot walk on the beach at dawn, feeling the warmth of the sun wrapping me. Going right after in my favorite place, La Boqueria market, to buy fresh fruit for breakfast. Then getting lost in the streets of the Barri Gòtic, discovering unexpected corners and jazz artists able to play romantic and beautiful songs, tasting the typical Catalan sweets and doing a little shopping among the most special shops in the city. Then finish it with my friends, for an aperitif made with Martini Tonic (1 part of Martini Bianco and 1 part tonic water, lots of ice). A fresh cocktail, quick and easy to prepare at home, that is going to accompany my whole summer.
Because the real wealth is not measured in money, it is measured in time. And we have no choice but to spend it all!
