Pitti Uomo 2016: My mannish look
For my second and last day of Pitti Uomo 2016 I wanted to pay homage to the men’s fashion with my personal interpretation of the classic mannish look: elegant suit and white shirt…
It doesn’t take too much to make a masculine look more feminine. The cut of the jacket, for example. Screwed and well attached to the back, with a thin flap. The classic white shirt, then, should be chosen with some details: mine is embellished with many flies made of stones and beads. The trousers, strictly black, must fall right above the ankle. You will have a clothing piece that can be reused over and over again, with a thousand other different styles. Let us talk about the shoes. In addition to the men’s lace (have you already seen HERE the one that I wore for the first day of Pitti Uomo 2016?), Another popular shoe model for men are the boat shoes, in canvas with rubber sole. I have chosen a feminine model, entirely covered with silver glitter. Finally the bag. I did not choose a folder or a backpack but preferred to add a colorful clutch!
What do you think of my mannish look and my advices?
Good Monday and happy start of the week! I’m leaving for two beatiful destinations soon… Stay updated on Instagram and Snapchat where my username is @lauracomolli!
